Meet Our Senior Bartender Johnny Chung
Senior Bartender Johnny Chung Kam Hung, one of The Peninsula Hong Kong's longest-serving employees, has worked at the hotel for over 50 years. His father, formerly a Captain in The Peninsula's iconic Lobby, set the tone for a family tradition of working at the hotel.

15ml Dita Lychee Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Monin Grenadine
10ml Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake well, and serve over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
