Seafood lovers will revel in the brand new seafood brunch washing ashore at The Lobby this March. Featuring a host of gourmet highlights appealing to surf and turf aficionados alike, the Champagne brunch is priced at HK$ 785 per person with free-flow Perrier-Jouët. The meal begins with an assortment of warm baked goods before a first course of delicious sweet or savoury treats. A selection of delectable mains follows, featuring Scottish salmon, char-grilled Wagyu burger, New Zealand free-range eggs benedict, and ratatouille quiche. For an additional HK$ 200 per person (with minimum two persons sharing), patrons may enjoy a jaw-dropping seafood platter, which arrives fully loaded with Alaskan king crab legs, black mussels, market-fresh oysters, succulent Boston lobster, and more. An array of signature desserts rounds out the decadent brunch experience.
