Celebrate summer in high style with the ultimate seasonal speciality – lobster. This summer, Gaddi’s takes the crustacean to new heights with homard à la presse. The Pressed Lobster menu offers guests the choice between juicy Boston or flavourful Brittany lobsters pressed and served in three delicious renditions by a one-of-a-kind Christofle antique press. Start with a refreshing claw salad before moving on to lobster tail simmered in a lobster sauce. A delicate claw and meat custard rounds out the meal. The Pressed Lobster meal at Gaddi’s must be reserved 24 hours in advance and is for a minimum of two guests.
