In keeping with The Peninsula's renowned committment to quality, Naturally Peninsula is the Grande Dame’s tribute to the slow food movement. This Groupwide gastronomic initiative places added emphasis on sourcing fresh, sustainable ingredients, combined with cooking techniques that enhance the rich flavours and nutritional integrity of the ingredients used.

Group Executive Chef Florian Trento has joined forces with reknowned nutritionist Kim Murphy for this special Groupwide initiative. One of Asia’s foremost Nutrition consultants, Murphy brings with her over 30 years of experience and a driving belief that food can be akin to medicine. Together, the pair have married unrefined whole foods with consciously-crafted and delicious cuisine to deliver a series of slow-cooked, steamed, sautéed, baked, roasted and fermented dishes to Chesa, Felix, Gaddi’s, The Lobby and Spring Moon. Not to be missed are the bone broths - a nutrient-rich base for sauces and soups, complete with collagen and highly-nutritious properties to contribute to the balanced lifestyle we are all striving for.
