To celebrate this year’s Dragon Boat Festival, The Peninsula’s Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, Spring Moon, has unveiled a series of special rice dumplings available in four indulgent flavours, created by the new talented Dim Sum Chef Kanny Cheuk.
Prepared in a unique way, the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumplings arrive bursting with flavour: the glutinous rice is pre-seasoned with abalone sauce and diced pieces of both fresh and dried abalone in rich abalone sauce from the Middle East are stuffed in each dumpling. As well as abalone, these rice dumplings also feature other carefully selected ingredients such as Yunnan ham and conpoy.
The new Red Date Paste with Lychee Glutinous Rice Dumplings are a bold creation, offering a refreshing take on a traditional delicacy.
