An explosion of Cantonese flavours is on the menu, as Spring Moon marks some of the most significant events on Hong Kong's cultural calendar this May and June. With the Buddha’s Birthday, festival of Tam Kung, Cheung Chau’s riotous bun festival and the famed dragon boat races of Tuen Ng approaching, Srping Moon's Chef has found seasonal flavours to match.

A traditional taste, twin types of rice dumpling are served in the restaurant’s art deco-inspired ambiance. The deluxe glutinous dumpling for HK$ 288 and a dumpling crammed with lotus seed paste for HK$ 168 are considered essential to festivities at this time of the year.
