AFTERNOON TEA DANCES
Enjoy a taste of the past with the revival of our traditional Afternoon Tea Dances. Held on the first Sunday of each month from March to December in The Lobby, step back in time with Peninsula Swing's own brand of big band music. Enjoy a genteel afternoon of ballroom dancing and a delicious Deluxe Afternoon Tea set, including one glass of Champagne, for HK$498 per person (subject to 10% service charge). 80TH ANNIVERSARY CULINARY JOURNEY
Each evening from now until 11th December 2008, the 80th Anniversary Culinary Journey - a six-course dining odyssey around The Peninsula - is served. Start with a glass of Champagne or your favourite cocktail and an appetiser in The Lobby, then progress to the hotel's other restaurants. Enjoy two courses at Spring Moon, two courses at Gaddi's, then dessert and coffee or tea at the Felix Long Table. HK$1,928 per person (subject to 10% service charge). GADDI'S TURNS 55
To celebrate the momentous occasion of Hong Kong's oldest and finest French restaurant turning 55, "Gaddi's Classics", a special six-course menu comprising the restaurant's signature dishes throughout the decades has been created. Including a glass of Champagne, Gaddi's Classics is available at both lunch and dinner for HK$1,953 per person (subject to 10% service charge), and will be served until 17th December 2008. The à la carte menu will also available throughout the year.

CAKES AND COCKTAILS
What better way to celebrate than with cakes and cocktails? Throughout the year, The Lobby will serve a slice of cake and coffee or tea for just HK$80 (subject to 10% service charge). Meanwhile, all of the hotel's eight bars and restaurants will serve two celebration cocktails: "Pen 80," made with Midori, Blue Curacao and honeydew melon puree, and "East of Suez," a refreshing, non-alcoholic blend of citrus juices, plus strawberries, lychees and lime juice.
